Shipping policy

At Scrubology, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time  
All in-stock items (non pre-order) are processed and shipped within 1 business day.  
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday).

Shipping Times  
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 3–5 business days after your order has shipped for delivery.  
- Express Shipping: Please allow 1–3 business days after your order has shipped for delivery.

Pre-Order Items  
Items listed as pre-order will have separate processing times listed in the product description. These items are not eligible for next-day shipping.

Order Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays  
Scrubology is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Scrubology is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once your package has been marked as delivered, Scrubology is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
