Due to the nature of our products, all items are packaged in sealed protective packaging. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or swaps once an order has been delivered.

Once the seal has been opened or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
Scrubology operates under a no refund policy. All purchases are considered final.

Refunds will only be issued under the following condition:

• The order is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (wrong item received)

If your order qualifies, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• Include your order number

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
